Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel felt like a mini apartment. The rooms had a fireplace and modern decor, which was a nice touch. However, there was an issue with the key card reader not working from the start. The location was excellent, right in Pier Village, offering a central spot with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Although not oceanfront, the neighborhood was lovely. The service was very accommodating, especially with our early check-in request, but at times a bit slow to deliver on promises. The dining experience was average, with some hiccups in service, but the pet amenities were a nice touch. Overall, it had a cozy vibe like staying in an apartment.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, extremely comfy, and had a lovely kitchenette. The free bikes, parking, and access to Gold's Gym were fantastic perks. However, the availability of 2 beds was a bit disappointing. The service was top-notch, friendly, and very helpful. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and stores. It truly felt like a convenient area to stay in. The dining experience could improve as there is no restaurant or breakfast service offered, but fresh orange juice was a nice touch. Overall, a great value for the money with plenty of amenities to enjoy.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were incredibly spacious and had been prepared perfectly for an early check-in. The staff were excellent, but there were some minor issues with room maintenance. The service was friendly and professional, although there were some inconveniences. The location was superb, offering easy access to the beach and local amenities. Dining options were limited and not very accommodating to dietary restrictions. Overall, a comfortable stay with room for improvement.
